Ok. Fitness brand,  is based in Sialkot, Pakistan, we take pride in crafting high-quality, customized fight gear and sportswear kits tailored to your club or group.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to feel confident in every order you place with us.

Custom Orders & Approval Process

All our products are made-to-order. Before we begin production, we share a digital mock-up  for your review and approval. Once you approve the design, we begin crafting your order. 

Please review your mock-up carefully  including logo placement, colors, sizing, and any personalization  as production begins only after your confirmation.

Delivery Timeline

All approved orders are delivered within  15 business days  from the date of production confirmation.

Return & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item received is significantly different  from the approved mock-up. 
  • The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue
  • The item is in original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • The return is requested within 7 days of receiving your order

Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Items that match the approved mock-up exactly
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Have smell of cigarettes 

Discounted or sale items

  •  Orders where the customer provided incorrect size or design details
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

Since we operate via Instagram, returns are simple:

  1. DM us on Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Share your order details and photos  of the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
  4. If approved, ship the item back to our address.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds

– Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at the time of order

– Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error

– Refunds will be confirmed via Instagram DM or WhatsApp
